A mad doctor invents a formula that spreads a hideous disease named acromegaly. Anyone injected sees bones and facial features hideously distorted. He injects a famed concert pianist and demands a horrible price for the cure. Surprisingly nasty and effective, but also with a man in a fake gorilla suit.
