Local strip joint is shut down by moral crusaders, so the girls embark on a new business of pizza delivery. The pizzas are terrible but the girls prove a success when they drop their tops. So the pizza delivery business becomes 'Penelope's Party Favors' dial-a-stripper. Follow-up to "Taking It All Off" with same actors, sets and costumes.
