Popular folk singer Doug heads for the hills. He meets with the Carpenter family, making music and moonshine. Things turn ugly when Doug’s bitchy girlfriend shows up and is murdered by the local sheriff. What was supposed to be a family comedy is far more sinister and disturbing than Two Thousand Maniacs!
