At the end of World War II, a Nazi special forces squad enters a mental hospital in an old mansion, in order to remove the patients. The Gestapo is informed that there is a spy hiding in the institution. Officer Windisch has to find the agent among the few hundred mentally ill patients, and so the hunt begins.
