Former Tarzan, Bruce Bennett, is completely berserk as a drug dealer on a Carribean island. Everybody else on the island is either drunk or stoned. Into this tropical hell comes a world-famous blonde dancer, who gradually realizes she's being set up for whipping and some hot topless flashing.
