Joe books the dancers at a sleazy Sunset Strip go-go club. A pair of lesbians, Sultry Sandra and Busty Billie, are the star attraction at the club, with their S&M routine. One day, the gals don’t show up for work. The bar girl Cindy fills in, becomes the main attraction and Joe’s lover, which the other girls don’t like.
