Dear Cultpix Members and Fans,

We're happy to announce that after careful selection, evaluation and development, we have implemented a new, more streamlined payment solution that will allow us to continue bringing you the uncensored, authentic films you love.

A Better Way to Pay

Starting today, we're transitioning to direct bank transfers (also known as direct debit or autogiro) as our primary payment method. This change means your membership payment will go directly from your bank account to Cultpix, eliminating intermediary credit card companies and their content restrictions. We've made this decision to ensure we can continue offering our full range of films without censorship.

Your Security is Our Priority

We understand that changing payment methods might raise questions about security. Rest assured:

• The system only permits the exact agreed-upon amount to be transferred ($6.66 monthly or $59 annually)
• We cannot access your bank account beyond the authorized payment
• Your banking details are protected under strict EU GDPR regulations
• All information is securely stored and never shared with third parties

We are using GoCardless for the payments, which is an approved Direct Debit provider, who work with over 50,000 businesses across the globe, including Sage, TripAdvisor, Carrefour, JustGiving and even the Norwegian Refugee Council.

Special Holiday Gift for Existing Members

As a thank you for your patience during this transition and as our Christmas present to you, all existing members can continue watching Cultpix content completely free until January 1, 2025. You won't be asked to update your payment details until then.

Looking Ahead

Our membership prices remain unchanged after 3.5 years: $6.66 monthly or $59 annually (our best value at just $4.92 per month). We're excited about our expansion plans for 2025, including new films and TV apps.

How It Works

The new payment process is simple and secure. When you sign up, you'll receive a payment authorization request to complete a direct debit mandate. This gives us permission to collect only the agreed amount at the specified intervals. You'll always receive notifications before any payment is processed, and you're protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme, which ensures an immediate refund if any payment is ever taken in error.
