J.J., the boss of an African-American gangster group, wants to consolidate power in his neighbourhood. But the white heroine cartel will put up a dirty fight before they surrender their lucrative market, so the godfather joins forces with a Black Panther styled militant group. Things rapidly leads to a violent and explosive confrontation.
